WHO WE ARE
Pilgrimage arranged with care & honesty
Al-Badr Travels is a specialised travel company dedicated exclusively to arranging Umrah and Hajj journeys.
We founded our service on a simple premise: a sacred journey deserves personal attention, truthful hotel representations, and seamless telephone consultation. We reject automated checkout flows that treat pilgrimage bookings like standard holiday packages.
Our Core Principles
- Verified Proximity: We measure exact hotel meters to the Haram rather than using ambiguous marketing terms.
- Direct Human Contact: Every customer speaks directly with an experienced pilgrimage consultant.
- Family Sensitivity: We structure itineraries around young children and elderly parents' mobility needs.
- Clear Pricing: Full transparency with itemised inclusions and exclusions on every quote.
