These Booking Conditions govern all package bookings confirmed through Al-Badr Travels (Company Registration No. SEC Reg. No. 0184920 · Lic. PK-9824). Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation over the phone.
1. Booking Contract & Telephone Confirmation
A binding contract comes into existence once our our team accepts your deposit over the telephone or by secure electronic payment, and our formal written booking confirmation invoice is issued via email.
2. Accurate Distance Representations & Hotel Locations
Distances listed on our website and in quotations represent verified straight-line proximity to the outer boundary of Masjid al-Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi. Walking duration varies based on the specific entrance gates opened by Saudi mosque authorities, active crowd barriers, and prayer times.
3. Visas & Entry Regulations
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that all members of their party hold a valid UK passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the scheduled date of entry into Saudi Arabia. We assist with visa submission, but granting entry remains at the sole legal discretion of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
4. Payments, Changes & Cancellations
Deposit requirements and balance due dates are clearly detailed on your written booking confirmation. Cancellation charges apply based on scheduled airline fare rules and Saudi hotel non-refundable booking deadlines.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly advise all pilgrims to obtain adequate UK travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and repatriation before departure.
